I recently rented a 20' moving truck from U-Haul for my cross-town move, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The online reservation was simple, and when I arrived at the pickup location, the truck was ready to go. The staff walked me through everything I needed to know, and I was on the road within 20 minutes. The truck ran perfectly, had plenty of space, and made my move much easier. No surprise fees, and returning the truck was just as effortless. Highly recommend!

Mixed Feelings About U-Box Storage Service I decided to use U-Haul’s U-Box service for my recent move across states. Booking was simple, and the initial delivery was right on time. However, I ran into issues when scheduling the pick-up. The timeline I was given changed last minute, leaving me scrambling to adjust my moving plans. On the plus side, the U-Box itself was sturdy, and all my items arrived without damage, but the coordination felt a bit chaotic.

I rented a cargo van from the U-Haul on 5th Avenue for a weekend project. The van itself was in great shape and handled well, which made my moving day a lot easier. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The front desk attendant seemed disinterested and was borderline rude when I asked about insurance options. It felt like I was bothering them with basic questions. Despite the rough customer service, the equipment was reliable and reasonably priced. I'd still rent from U-Haul, but I hope they improve staff training at this location.
